I have an 04 tundra sr5 access cab. I'd like to get wheels for it. I'm looking at a set with dimension of 16x8 -12 offset. Would these fit good? Can't find anyone talking about wheels with a -12 offset on here.

stock offset is +15MM I think. So -12 offset will have them sticking out from the truck. It could cause fitment issues, rubbing, etc.

use this tool to help understand changes in wheel size and offset changes-

Zero offset on a 16x8 looks pretty good on FGTs with the TRD / Limited flares. Slightly tucked. Probably has slight poke without the flares.

With 1.25” spacers (makes the zeros become -31mm or so. The 285s hang just the tread out on the back, slightly more on the front

So if original offset is -15 would a -12 really rub? It would farther away from the control arms and all that wouldn't it?
