Ironman 4x4 Suspension

Odd. I’ve used them on two trucks with no issues.

 

Thanks for your insight. What makes you say that the coils I received are the older style?
Did you get the rear springs too?
Now that your issues are resolved how does the suspension ride?

Another issue I forgot to mention is the pitting of surface of the springs; The spring surface is not smooth.
Is this normal? Or an indication of manufacturing defects?

Trying to decide if I should just return everything and buy something else.

 

I got the stage 2 kit with front, rear, leaf springs and UCA. The kit rides fine but I wouldn't say it was worth the hassle of getting the issue resolved. I've used the 6112s and 5160s, toytec aluma boss and now the ironmans.
I read on some forums the green springs were an older model that were prone to the rubbing and bowing. Take that with a grain of salt because I fell down several forum holes because I had months until they got the bowing and rubbing issue resolved. If I could do it again I'd go back with the Bilstein or Toytecs.
Also I can't go full lock without the coilover making contact with the tie rods, I never had this issue with any other set up I was running.
