I recorded a rolling pull to check my boost pressure and AFR. RuhRoh, it was around 12.5 for a lot of it. Not sure if it’s todays cold 27 degree temps and low DA paired with not adjusting the tune after the SPD midpipes, the new o2 sensor I put in maybe reading differently than the old sensor, or the fact that I’m reading the passenger side bank now. I remember checking it after getting the midpipes on though in about 60 degree weather and it was still in the 10s on the passenger side bank. That was prior to changing out the failed o2 sensor though, haven’t really changed anything else. Guess I’ll have to log. What’s the minimum registered AFR on the stock O2s again? I have to look into how to hook up my AEM wideband for logging again. I had found a solution in the past but never took the time to do it.

Mine did the same thing the other day. Tried to get a dragy run when it was 35* and afr was in the 12s. Did another and it was in the 11's. Tune was spot on a couple weeks ago when it was 50* out

Does your wideband reading match what the stock 02s show on the SG3? The stockers go down to 11.9 on my SG2.

Interesting, good to know. Maybe I’ll let it be and check again on a warmer day rather than F with it right away. Immediately my mind goes to the worst possible explanations like a clogged fuel pump sock or a failing pump. Lol

I’ll have to check this. I wasn’t monitoring the stock o2s with my SG at same time.

It’s funny because that’s where I have mine tuned at is 12-12.5 AFR. Been like that for 2 years now, lean is mean.

My afrs are in the high 10's low 11's on a normal day and I have been seeing it touch low 12's at high rpm since it has been cold. My boost is about 1 psi higher than what I normally see as well. On my scan gauge 3 the AF sensors read down to 11.8.

Worth it for the solenoids alone if they're all good.

That's the location I went to to get my supercharger installed. I think that location has been closed for 6+ months now. Not sure why.

Same same. They did my initial install and upgrades.

Probably not enough business to keep them running. IMO it was too close to their original Wilmington location; more affluent customers in the north of VA anyway.

I'll be surprised if Wilmington stayed open at this point.

That is the sweet spot for making nice power!
I've adjusted my PE to shoot for low/mid 11's up to about 5 psi then at least mid 10's up to whatever she'll do. Its hard to do but im pretty close with it in PE/rpm's.
You may never have an issue but it doesn't leave much room if there is a fueling error. Granted our reaction to a lean out while in boost is slow but I'd take whatever I can get. I have an older AEM that blinks red/green when I hit 12 afr and is in my field of view. Just let's me back off if something is off.

I did some data logging and rewrites with @snivilous the other day. I was originally at mid to high 9, 10 at shift. Toby went leaning it out and it was getting better. On the last rewrite, the temp had dropped and I was hitting mid to high 11s. I richened it out and now I am high 10 to low 11. I ain't messing with it till summer rolls around and check it then. S. Fla temp is always hot year round with only a few weeks of 60*-50*. I will say on my last trip to Pensacola it was high 30s and it pulled like a freight train. Didn't even bother to look at the AFR at the time because I was so impressed with how it was pulling.

Dangit. I need to find something to order on Sniv's site so I can get some sweet stickers... I'm jealous. The rootbeer candy, though, that's for the birds. I like to be able to feel my tongue instead of wondering if it turned in to a piece of mince meat after eating a piece of candy.o_O

yea only reason I got the pulley was cause I wanted the stickers lmao, but really it's a nice piece and looking forward to installing it. Meanwhile will continue to patiently wait for that sweet, sweet billet throttle body so I can ditch my ported one.

Send me your address and I'll send a care package  I agree the root beer candy is kind of meh, I'll be honest I usually buy packs of the air heads and then throw whatever random stuff is in our candy bin in to supplement it :D

I actually got an update from the machine shop a day or two ago on that front

    Throttle body parts.jpg

Hopefully RevB seals correctly and all the other upgrades work :fingerscrossed: at a minimum the sex appeal is a lot higher since I shaved 30+% of weight from the first prototype!

Someday I'll get shirts so there's an actual merch bundle. I was also thinking I should get some updated stickers that say 2025 on them with a different design. Would be cool to have different designs representing each year in business, plus would increase the amount of merch thrown in with each order :D

One of these will probably make its way to you. Maybe I'll send the other one to someone else once it has run its course on my truck too. I want to get a good amount of hours on it with different setups before I call it good to sell.

Been having an issue lately where my idle seems a tad high and then will surge here and there to about 1200rpm. Doing this with and without the AC running. Had the shop that did the install take a look and they checked for vacuum leaks and anything else and they're not finding any issues. Told me to reach out to the tuner to check logs. Currently waiting to hear back from him. Tempted to just buy my own HP device and move over to Sniv.
