    I saw the responses after I posted. That is a very "interesting" path you need to do it in the app. Not saying the website is any better though.

    This may be a dumb question - if you have the skill and tools to change the oil every 5k miles, why would you buy a maintenance plan?

    I kicked myself for buying the plan. It does cover the 40K plug change. They do rotate the tires every 5K at least I don’t have to mess with those.

    You'll have to check the wording of your ToyotaCare documents, but there is a chance you can cancel it for a refund.
