Have an 06 tundra 4.7 liter. Changed the front 4x4 actuator and everything works but front not disengaging from drive shaft and checked transfer case actuator and it's working perfectly seems the front new actuator is not disengaging. Any advice?

I have the same issue but unfortunately I haven't figure cause.
I can go in/out of 4Hi & 2WD with no problem, but it I am in 4Hi and place the transmission in Neutral, engaging 4Lo causes the amber 4Lo light to blink and the front driveshaft gets locked up and won't release. I have to take the transfer case actuator off to get everything freed up. I interpret your issue to be the same as what I am dealing with, correct?

No my transfer case actuator is working correctly. It's front actuator that's not disengaging.

Tried going back and forth on gravel, dirt or snow? Sometime they have issues disengaging due to age and need as much help as necessary before you start regularly exercising 4wd again.

I pressed the button to disengage while driving backward about 5mph. Not a great option but it worked the last time I tried.

Same here. My ADD is the problem. The transfer case actuator is working fine.
