Okay I just redid my front end with 6112's on top setting and a 1" coachbuilder shim. Now I'm getting ready to do the rear.

Currently I have very tired 5160's on a 1.5" block and blown out leaf springs...

I'm thinking ditch the blocks for toytec 1.5" shackles and swap in a set of icon rxt springs. The leafs supposedly provide 1.75" of lift. So around 3" of lift right?

That means I should change the shocks to these 5125'?- BILSTEIN TOYOTA TUNDRA 3" LIFT REAR 07-18
5160's are only for 1.5" lift. Plus, I don't offroad as much as I used to so I can't justify the $300 cost difference.

I've been trying to get ahold of Nexgen for days to ask about it, but their voicemail is full and I have 2 unanswered emails.
I haven't seen those 5125's mentioned anywhere before so I'm turning to you guys for help, thanks.

I hadn't seen those springs yet, cost is about the same at the end. I was looking at the icons over alcan/deavers because they can get reconfigured if I ever decide to put on a camper. Realistically that probably won't happen, so the ironman's are a contender...

Looks like you're confirming those 5125's are the right part number for that amount of lift?
I thought they were right, but didn't want to find out otherwise...

Everything I could find says they work with a 3 inch lift, they just are not "Tundra" specific valved but work just fine.

I had the Ironman rear leafs on my 17 and they were very nice. I want to say they are made by Dobinson, just rebranded for Ironman.
