    Howdy,
I’m trying to switch my radio with a Toyota sequoia touch screen jbl radio. Is this possible or not ? And if it is possible how do I do that the wiring looks different.

What year is JBL radio you're trying to swap in, also 2007? Generally speaking, JBL and non-JBL trucks are wired differently for speaker outputs. That being said, so long as the mounting holes/tabs/ etc. are the same, you could maybe make it work, it would just take some leg work to figure out the stereo output wire colors on the Sequoia JBL radio, and then match them up to the wires in your truck.

I don't think, but I could be wrong, that there's any sort of pre-made harness that could do this plug and play. You could send an inquiry to the folks over at AutoHarnessHouse.com and see if they'd figure it out and make a custom harness for you.

The wiring diagrams for both a 2007 Tundra and Sequoia can be found here: Ultimate TUNDRA Wiring Diagrams Collection | Toyota Tundra Forum (tundras.com) and here: Ultimate SEQUOIA Wiring Diagrams Collection | Toyota Tundra Forum (tundras.com) respectively. Scroll down to the 2007 year, open the PDF and do a CTRL + F for radio to get to the correct pages. You'll also need to know if your truck has a built in amplifier, or a separate factory one.

Here are a couple of example pages from the diagrams to illustrate what you'd need to do. You'd probably need a new harness to plug into the back of the Sequoia radio, that has a connector on the other end that matches your factory wiring if you didn't want to cut off any connectors or splice anything. If the Sequoia radio has a harness with bare wires attached that would be ideal and then you'd just need to get the harness for connecting an aftermarket radio to your truck's factory wiring.

Some of the Sequoia wire colors from the radio (presumably 10 speaker system = JBL):
