Use the search function. But short answer is kinda.

The surround will mate to your truck no problem. The grille insert will swap over to the new surround. If you want to keep yours. A 2016 doesn't have a TSS sensor in the emblem, so you either need to swap the insert from yours over or do a sensor relocation.
