Looks like a good deal and you get the slick cap to go with it.

    Looks pretty clean!

Just as a point of reference, when I got the '19 last year I sold this '00 w/205K for $10,500

That's 6 years newer with 27K less miles, so the price is probably fair.

Thanks, I kinda' miss the ol' girl.

I pestered my father in law (he bought it brand new) for YEARS to sell it to me.

It served me well for 6 or 7 years and was still going strong when I sold it. Towed my little travel trailer, rippin' around exploring the desert, never had any problems.

I don't "abuse" my vehicles, but I damn sure don't baby them either. A good 1st gen is a solid truck.

Hell, I let the dog drive occasionally and even he couldn't break it.

I see zero pics of the frame so I cannot tell you if it’s a good buy or not. That’s a good price if the frame is clean and it’s 4WD, but these trucks have so many frame rot issues that you’d be a f’ing idiot for not poring over ever inch of it with a hammer and flashlight. I take it you’ve seen this thread, if not, read that shit STAT: https://www.tundras.com/threads/so-you-wanna-buy-just-bought-a-1st-gen-tundra-eh.115928/

Check the frame. If good, then that’s a good price.

The Flowmaster muffler will probably get annoying, unless you enjoy exhaust drone.

I'll echo everyone else. Tell seller to post/send you a million pics of the frame. Also, ask him/her how he got a custom wallpaper in the Android Auto apps screen?

I forget the company, but if you look at the brochure for the trucks those custom bezels are an option from a third party. But pricey.

Good to know. And yeah, it all depends upon which Flowmaster you have. I have a couple 40 series in my shop that i’d like to utilize on a build, but i don’t want to listen to them. I do have a 70 series in my old 1977 ford lowboy 4x4 (460 v8). That muffler sounds REALLY good with zero drone and it’s pretty darn quiet.

Flowmaster here too. Don't remember which model but it does drone a bit. It also sounds sick when flooring it from a stop though.
