New Toyota owner

Just got my first Toyota, a 2004 tundra limited 4x4 double cab.

I’m sure I’ll be surfing around here as I get it fixed up and back on the road. Truck was given to me with 275k on the clock. Current needs are rear axle rebuild, timing belt, brakes, and getting it to start with the key(crank no start, runs with fuel pump relay jumped). Truck is very clean in my option given the year and miles.

I have typically owned Chevys and am no stranger to high mileage vehicles, which include a 300k 03 sunfire, 365k 00 Sierra, and currently a 285k and counting 14 Cruze.

I look forward to learning from all here as I get the tundra back up and running again.

 

Welcome aboard bud! My Sunfire was a giant pile. I cannot believe you got Toyota mileage out of one. A Toyota should last you a thousand years.
