Looks to me that the width and the length of the the bed is nearly the same!

Do you know which Dodge? RAM 1500, 2500, or 3500? Probably the 1500? Is there a part number on it?

Here’s what I have. I bought it on offer up for 100 bucks and the box was mangled with no stickers on it. These are the individual stickers that are on the actual bed rug pieces. Sides , back piece, tailgate, floor. I’m assuming there’s a “master part number” for the whole thing?

Was finally able to get some pictures. You can see where the tie down loops had to be re-cut and it doesn’t go all the way up.IMG_4330.jpg IMG_4329.jpg

For anyone still looking, I was able to get the cut-to-fit version off Amazon. With some cardboard assisted design, I was able to get a snug fit. Attached to the body with plastic push pins in a few areas. There was enough left over to add a piece to the tailgate.

Does your tailgate close? I put one of those Amazon tailgate seal kits on mine, to get it closed I have to slam it.

Quick and small info dump. I'm finally getting around to calling BedRug today after lunch to inquire if they'd do a group buy or even consider a small run of liners for the DC and AC trucks now they're so popular for camping. If anything comes of the call, or email, whichever I can manage, I'll reply back here or start a group buy thread.

I wanted to share a little info dump that may help people in the future, especially via Google. Specifically some part numbers that may help folks find used or NOS items out in the wild. Info is slowly disappearing/dying from search archives, so I guess someone needs to archive it somewhere. My search is obviously slanted toward AC since that's what I drive, but I'm including info for everything but RC here...

    Part numbers:
    • Double Cab - BRY04DCK is main kit, variation BR-Y04DC-K (K is truncated on main rug/floor piece label, i.e. BRY04DC)
    • Stepside - BRY03SSK is main, variation BR-Y03SS-K (K is truncated on main rug/floor piece label, i.e. BRY03SS)
    • Access Cab - BRY00SBK is main, variation B63BRY00SBK and BR-Y00SB-K (K is truncated on main rug/floor piece label, i.e. BRY00SB)
BedRug used some prefixes on the zip-on pieces, like the sidewalls, the bulkhead wall, and the tailgate. Those pieces it appears would use the "Yxx" segment of the part number. Some common prefixes:
    • BR: Main rug piece
    • TG: Tailgate piece
    • SR: Side (wall) rug
    • BH: Bulkhead piece
Example ¹: Standard bed (access cab) tailgate was labeled "TGY00" throughout their product run
Example ²: Standard bed (access cab) side wall piece used "SR-Y00-SB" earlier in the product run, possibly changed to SRY00SB later in the product run
Example ³: Stepside side wall piece may have a sticker label on the backside "SR-Y03-SS" or "SRY03SS"

I've attached the installation instructions for the BedRug for the 1st Gen Tundra in PDF format, archived from the interwebs.

I also know the BedRug EAN for the access cab kit (BRY00SBK) is 0870558000292 and here's the info breakdown for that - link to the install PDF is just below this image.

So mine is definitely a Standard Bed Access Cab BedRug in a Double Cab bed. Thanks for the info dump!

Reality is, the main dff'ce between DC and AC bed is (1) the height of the bedside and tailgate and (2) the AC bed itself is about an inch longer.

EDIT: Interesting you have the AC, I would expect the seam to run up past the seam to about here. And of course, clearly AC side walls b/d they fit 2-3" too short

I have an access cab bottom part only. Hoping double cab sides zip on properly

    Short summary:
    • BedRug's parent company is RealTruck - was surprised when I called their # in Tennessee and was greeted with that.
    • They've discontinued our model totally, she made it sound like there was a 6'2" and a 6'3" bed version, I assume that's DC and AC measurements.
    • Production runs are done in the 1000s - maybe she said minimum 1,000 units? - and she said with the right pressure, something could probably be done.
    • Pressure could come in the form of big-name dealers, she rattled off a few names within my zip code.
I'm going to reach out to one of the RealTruck reps here on the forum, see if asserting pressure via them could help? I've had no less than two dozen people on here tell me they would absolutely buy this product if it was available for DC and AC. And this is just one forum on the internet. With the explosion in popularity for the 1st Gen Tundra as an overland/camping vehicle post-pandemic, I can't imagine they wouldn't be able to tear through another 1,000 units - they'd probably sell 40-50 here on the forum alone.

I'll bet you're right. I just bought this, but was considering the simple mat version of the bed rug, strictly due to financial reasons. If things come around for me, I think my work to pleasure ratio for use of this truck leans enough toward pleasure that having a full rug is a good call.

Womp womp. We're all fucked, BedRug won't be an option for 1st gen folks, sad to say. They wanna leave us high an dry, y'all. Sad day it is, remember this when you want their product for future builds.

You gor it. I'll go by a building in town tomorrow and take a picture of the mural painted of his face on it for ya. It looks like he will jump out of the side of the building.
