New to Toyota products and I have a question about vibration in my drive train. When I start accelerating from stop to 25 mph it’s smooth after that it vibrates pretty good till I decelerate. It will smooth out for a second and makes a pop then it vibrates again like a jet brake. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

After reading that critical info, I'd be doing a thorough assessment. While my first inclination is to say "U-joint", we have so very little info to go on here. I'd be checking the u-joints, all wheels to get a push/pull and spin test, carrier bearing health check, and verify rear diff fluid and driveshaft clocking.

Just like any truck, you're gonna have to go through and check your driveline components for wear/play

the no vibrations before 25mph is odd

Sorry was browsing through the Bible. It’s a crew cab full 4 doors with a 4.7 v8 with 140 thousand miles. I did check the ujoint they’re tight. And the carrier bearing is the one in between the drive shaft? Now it does have a little play in it. I haven’t gotten to check the wheel bearing yet.

    Welcome to the forum @Bob71

Your truck is a double cab.
That's what the full 4 door Gen 1 Tundras were called.

Funny you put 'New air pump' in your description.
That was the only mechanical issue I had with my 2005 double cab in the 10 years I owned it.
It disintergrated at 90K miles just after the ext warranty ran out.:D
Also the the ball joint recall early on.

Besides that it was a great truck until the accident..

    That's a common one.

My '06 has 77k miles. I probably have 1/4" of play in my carrier/center support bearing. If its mounting bolts are tight, and the rubber is intact, chances are at only 140k, that's not your issue.

Knowing it sat for a while is helpful. Brake calipers tend to sieze and cause vibrations if it's been sitting for a long period of time. Does the vibration lessen at all if you tap the brakes at, say, 50mph, but don't push them enough to really start grabbing to slow down? Does it pull at all if you brake a little harder than I just mention? Have you had each front wheel up to spin and listen for dragging? Are you familiar with the push/pull test to verify for bearings/balljoints/tie rods?
