I've been reading the threads and surfing the web - but haven't found any [RC boards]. Any recommendation would be appreciated.

"any frame mounted running board for the AC will also be for the RC"

Really? Since the cab is longer for the AC, over the RC, it seems the Running boards for the AC would be longer than the Running boards for the RC? Or will the AC Running boards simply extend past the RC drivers door and run up to the rear wheel well? :) Sorry, just trying to make sure.

Maybe the frames for the AC and RC are the same? Thereby allowing AC boards to fit on a RC?

Sooooo much to learn. Great Forum!!!!

AC and RC frames should be generally the same, with variations for V6 vs. V8. That and more info over here. DC frames are the weirdo birds.

The OEM style for AC (courtesy of PHM) might look OK on an RC

First thought: www.car-part.com to find used and potentially even color-matching. But I'll forewarn you: If you can get them to let you remove, it's best. You need EVERY piece of hardware you can get, down to the screw; you CANNOT purchase the brackets and screws from Toyota.

Second thought: Why not just go with something like what @abcinv installed, I think these are from n-Fab: https://www.tundras.com/threads/wha...-gen-tundra-today.2558/page-1543#post-3074713

He'd also linked up these at one point that should fit AC/RC but they looked a bit sketch on quality to me: https://www.tundras.com/threads/nerf-running-board-sale-on-amazon.115139/#post-2972682
