I want to do a tire rotation and I can’t figure out how to get the front tires on Jack stands. If I Jack it up from the LCA I need another Jack since there’s nowhere to put stands.

I don't have a problem with my stock Tundra but with the wife's car you have to lift it to high to get the tire off the ground and there's really no safe place to put a jackstand

A few... Definitely more than 2
I got a set of 6 ton jack stands that have a ~26" max height, I jack up the truck from the lower control arms like you are saying and when I max out the floor jack I put the jack stands on the frame under the driver and passenger door, and then I can let the truck droop out just fine (not sure if the 3rd gen frame has a good spot in that location or not). Or if I am feeling lazy I keep a foot long chunk of a 4x10 that I put on top of my floor jack that makes it tall enough. But that is sketchy... so I don't do that often.

Just throw your jack stand at full extension on top of your floor jack. What could go wrong.

im not gunna lie, i actually did that on my solid axle swapped 4Runner on 37’s. The frame rails in the back were like 32” off the ground.

Like mentioned before it's gunna be a multi step process, toenail 4- 4X4 together laying flat then jack up the truck put the 4x4's with the stand on top of them and repeat process.
Times like yours it would be good if you had access to a forklift with 2x6 lining the forlks...
    Just saying.
