If you're looking at updating your night time visual presence and ability to see I did this Tuesday, 02/13/24. Below you will find the link, 2 videos and my first hand pictures of the mod process.

    CO LIGHT Anti-glare 9003/H4 LED... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CN72DSBT?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

    https://youtu.be/5QAYWycrOyU?si=RvJ7SSnP50Ua6bsz

Step 1 tear out you brand new refractor housing from your headlight, should look like this.

Step 2, remount spring and break your latching lug (optional, not reccomended)
Step 2a. (Optional) Using a hole saw drill bit and a step bit, cut you out big circle of plastic, step out the center hole to 3/4". Cut in half, drill pilot holes with small drill bit. Install the now "better" retention lock. (Also not reccomended if you dont finger fuck your housings up.)

Step 3 Install blub into housing secure in place

Step 4 Install vented rubber housing cover

Step 5 Thread back on the heat sink over the rubber boot. Optional, trim rubber boot to fit over heat sink for easier access in the future. Not mandatory.

Step 6 reconnect/ pin together voltage/ relay box

Step 7 Thread on pin connector/ weather nut to seal the power connection.

Step 8 Install and enjoy. I mean blind everyone, I mean calibrate

Well I am a fan. And not such a bad job on the sketchy day time alignment.
Building is about 100 110 feet away from me.

Duct tape and bubble gum. Duct tape keeps them in there. Bubble gum gives them a cushion so vibrations don't jar the light output.
