There is an entire sticky about this. Probably cowl fasteners leaking.

Yep, that's one of many things in the sticky thread at the top of the forum, like bfunke said, cowl issue, this is well known: https://www.tundras.com/threads/definitive-2000-2006-cab-area-rain-water-leak-thread.70464/

You may want to take a minute to read this too, since it covers other annoying things you may or may not know about: https://www.tundras.com/threads/so-you-wanna-buy-just-bought-a-1st-gen-tundra-eh.115928/

Had the same issue with water coming through the blower motor. I replaced those three cowl fastener deals above it with new ones that had fresh rubber seals and no more leaking. Cheap and easy. The sticky that shifty linked has pics and part#s.

Hmmm actually another issue is the drain tube for the a/c it gets debris in it and plugs up, if you have the a/c or defrost on that moisture just builds up and leaks on the floor from around blower motor. Check drain tube easy to clean out and often overlooked..

More info on how to clean out and verify that here: https://www.tundras.com/threads/wha...-gen-tundra-today.2558/page-1571#post-3126837

Since these trucks have no cabin filter, it's a good idea to at least carefully pop out the blower motor resistor to inspect and potentially vacuum out debris in the evap box. We haven't had any memorable cases of that drain getting clogged the last few years, but be sure to push through something plastic like weedwhacker line into the drain from the firewall side to confirm before using any kind of coil cleaner in the evap box.
