I don't think you can delete that. The truck go into " limp" mode.

If you find a way to delete that, many people will want to know how you did it.

Is the power wire not fused or what? Seems like there could still be a little more diagnostics to be done. Maybe there is some rodent damage to the wires at some other point?? Just seems to me that a dead short should be blowing out a fuse. Good luck and keep reporting what you find as it's great information for the next person(s).

Hewitt Technologies makes a bypass kit. That said, it isn't a delete kit.

Honestly I haven't done much research on it. However, even if you can remove the factory components, you are still adding other components. So, for that reason it's more of a swap of garbage out and replacement system in. Does that make it a delete? Not to me, but again I don't know all of the details. I do like the idea of the garbage out and have plans to investigate and possibly invest in the system in the not too distant future after I get more of my current list and pile of mod parts sorted out. Enough about that, don't want to totally change the subject here! Keep us posted on your progress!

You can if you get the Gen 2 kit and add the switching valve pressure sensor pigtails

    Gen 2 kit= $450
Pressure sensor pig tail $200 each you will need 2

at that point you can delete the SAIS system
