I have a 2004 Tundra that reads the same oil pressure as the one displayed from the post dated 2022 which at idle is almost nothing. It raises on acceleration and maintains above 1/2 to 3/4 while driving. Repairs if necessary??

Common problem reported in FGT discussions. Toyota upgraded the sending unit to one with larger diameter hole in threaded section. Probably what I’d do first. Might also consider hooking up a mechanical gauge to measure actual oil pressure.

It's almost always a faulty oil pressure sending unit. Not actually low oil pressure.

    Imma keep it stock
Very common. Mine reads almost none at idle and about 1/4 at 3k rpms. Don't let it bother you.
