    Hey all, see pic

Got some humidity buildup driver side only, noticed this twice now. Usually when it rains in the morning and sun comes out later shining on the truck. I'm guessing some sort of water leak , and the heat afterwards turns it into humidity?

Seems to be driver side. Also noticed my seatbelt is damp. Thoughts?

Yes, that's what would happen if water was entering on that side.

Be careful. This is how people end up with this & this & this.

I suspect if you're seeing that much water, you've already had intrustion into the fusebox.

Have you not noticed any water in the floorboard?

No water in floorboard, no electrical issues at all. Where is this fuse box I see in the posts you linked?

Also saw something about butyl tape sealing a pillar holes, is that just removing plastic a pillar interior trim and they are right there?

    Not sure on sealing holes.

That box is the fusebox in the dash. What happens is water leaks in and runs down the cable bundles that plug into the back, then leaks into the housing. There's circuitry inside that gets shorted. Weird electrical things follow. It's the only thing on that side I can think of that would hold water. The only other thing that makes sense to me is you're somehow holding water in a channel over there. But ... Yeah, dunno.

Ill have to take a look at that, so your saying this is the fuse box in the dash by the driver left leg? In that little door / panel? I opened that up and it looks alot smaller, im guessing I wasnt looking at the right one

Yes. Look from the direction of the brake pedal. You should see it has a ton of components and wire bulkheads terminating into it. It's about 1.5" thick. It's manila colored, or eggshell, or off-white, yellowish, whatever you want to call it.
