I'm still in the honeymoon phase. It's been less than a month since I got the truck and haven't had to deal with any issues... Yet

Thank you! Yes, last two pics are along US-2 between Brevort and St. Ignace. It was windy and in the mid-40s that day but really not so bad after spending 3 nights on the Lake Superior coast. :p

Never been up that far, but I don't think that water gets above 50 in July and August! Can't wait to GTFO and get Rural and see stars like this pic. Is that a lens flare or a smidge of northern lights?

Nah, not the northern lights. I was watching the aurora forecast for those, but didn't luck out. Probably a lens flare from a dust spec or moisture.

All the time. Can't wait to do some suspension/tires to mine to get it more to my liking.

It's funny how this truck is compared so closely to the same era F-150 but just looks so... much ... better.

Very nice. I always liked the 03-06 bumper better and the color matched fender flares are nice.

Yes, I do it all the time. It’s easy to do when you have a Gen 1.

Hey y’all, just got back from the arctic and am selling the camper. Took the slide-in out for the first time in two years after making a loop around North America. The truck feels sporty now, it’s unbelievable what a turtle it is with the camper. Found a great shell and planning to move forward with that. Packing up this week to head south for the winter. The concept drawing is what I was thinking of building for the back to make a lighter-weight camping situation. The shell I found is an ideal find.. got it for $200 with a borked rear window, but all the frame hardware is still there. Little plexi is all it needs. ✌

I mean, sadly I haven't driven it much at all in the last 2-3 months, except back and forth to the shop for tires and alignment after lifting. Sure, the look is where I was aiming, but I had more interest in how it drives than looks.
