Seat Comfort Advice

Greetings fellow tundra owners, I have a 2020 SR5 four-wheel-drive tundra that I use exclusively for vacation, my wife complains that the seat is uncomfortable and that her tailbone hurts during extended driving, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to ease her comfort level as to what you may have done to make the seat more comfortable,thank you in advance for any comments

 

There is a “seatjackers” thread on here somewhere, basically tilts the seat back by lifting the front. Some like it, some dont.

A simple solution would probably be just to buy a cushion. Something like Purple or a knock off. They sell stuff meant for automotive seats that you just sit on. Simple and easy.

I have seat jackers and like them a lot, but not sure they would solve pain with the tailbone. I definitely feel my legs are now supported by the seat so it could help.

Seat jackers did wonders for both my wife and I, on long hauls an additional cushion would be wise. I haven't found one yet, so update this post if you find something you like. I will do the same.

 

After driving on a 2000 mile plus trip, I’ve come to the realization that the seats just aren’t comfortable, I’m curious if there’s different seats that are provided for different models, mine just seems too stiff, I’m just wondering if it’s only because it’s a rather new seat and hasn’t been worn in or broken in yet

 

I also fine the seat less than ideal. I don't think seat jackers would do anything for me but I use this on longer roadtrips. I like it a lot but it does raise you up some, so if you are particularly tall, it might not work. I am 6' and it is about at the limit.
