Hard to even guess without just a little more info.

What year tundra, is that the color of your inside trim, is that on a paper towel and about the size of a quarter....?
    More info please.

If paper towel, it's looks similar to what wife buys and appears with a qtr as reference, it's about size of your plastic piece.

Look to see if your brake light switch rubber bumper/stop is still there.

If manual trans could also be clutch cancel or start switch bumper.

You sure it isn't something that stuck to the bottom of his shoe and ended up on the truck floor? It looks similar to a knock out plug on blue plastic electrical box.

I was thinking that, or even the ring around a roofing nail, or the stop for the brake light switch. But the center bit is weird looking.

My brake lights work, black bumper stop is in place. Will look to see if parking brake has a bumper stop. Thanks for suggestions. Thought it might be from outside of truck, but I think with the many tiny pieces, most likely from inside truck.

It is from the brake pedal assembly, but not the light switch. It's on the other side of lever, appears it's suppose to push what looks like a plunger or piston. Thanks for the inputs.

Not sure what switch this is, the silver plunger pops out when key is turned on.

The one on the right is the one that popped, is it not for the brake lights? I thought it was shift lock for a sec, but I feel like that may be in the column?

One on the left is on e-Brake pedal, right?

The left is e-brake. And you were right about it being the shift lock. I tested it and it not shift if I hold plunger in. The brake light switch is not shown in this pic., but it's working and has the stop pad. So I need to get the bumper pad for the shift lock. Thank you for your help.

Well damn, I guess I shouldn't have deleted my initial reply that just said "SHIFT LOCK". I wasn't 100% sure.

You know how to look up that part, right?

(Hint: Use the top few bullet points here)

Think I stumbled across it on dealer site as 47131. Looked at a few brake pedal diagrams and think I got it. But will check out your hint to verify. Thanks.
