Ah, thank you kind sir. Also, looking at the wire diagram in the Alpine manual I think I have located the other wires. On the main harness below the HDMI ports, the ground is 1st wire on the left of the bottom row and the parking brake wire is 3rd from the right on the top row. I will probably use Posi-taps to connect them.
Now I just need to know if I connect the speed sensor wires and WTF the blue wire on the antenna adapter is for.

And I see @TRDFURGUSON answered my questions as I was typing this

DON'T connect the parking brake wire to anything but the bypass module.

It's already connected to the HU via the Maestro harness, I was just going to posi-tap it near the connector that plugs into the HU

Yeah... Don't do that lol. Having it connected from the truck to Maestro is fine, but the lead into the Alpine needs to ONLY be connected to the bypass module.

Well shit, now I'm confused (admittedly easy to do). The harness that plugs into the HU is from the Maestro via the AlP1. So where do I connect it?

Cut the parking brake wire in that harness to the HU. Hook the end going into the HU to the bypass module. Seal off the other end. Have another Miller Lite.

This. I just finished this about 2 hours ago after looking at the manual to find the wires to connect to and then followed the directions here to splice in the bypass. Works perfectly!

Cool. I assume that it's ok to posi-tap the ground in that same harness since it's right there anyways?

    Yep
Not Jason’s preferred method of connecting, but thousands of Best Buy installations have used them. :D

FYI this is where/how I mounted my aftermarket mic. Just removed the factory guts and threw those in a drawer

I'm already so sick of wires I took the easy way out. After I finally got that fucking stripped screw out, I just lowered the screen 1 notch so the pocket was still accessible. Drilled a hole in the back of the pocket to run the wire and mounted the mic at the front of the pocket on the left side pointed at the driver.

There’s nothing in that spot in the 20/21 (maybe 19 too). But the little grill is still there…i was thinking of using it

Any issues with the sound quality in this location from the aftermarket mic? If not, I may just copy this approach.

Couldn’t get my mic to work so had to open everything up. Was hoping it was unplugged but the cord was nicked. Had to order a new one, so looks like one more time to practice wire stuffing everything back there. Would it be smart to plug in rca cables for a future amp so I don’t have to get back there again?

If you do that you'd probably want to run a wire for the remote turn on as well.

If you ever think you’ll add one, I would.

There’s already an amp remote turn on wire in the stock harness if your truck has the factory amp (or has the harness under the seat).
