Fuel delete mod Cup holder upgrade
Great article. Some OEMs us variable pump speeds with their designs to minimize heat soak when idle; this explains why it works at lower pump speeds without degrading heat exchange.

Whelp I was looking at redoing my intercooler pump wiring from the switch pro. Looks like this is the solution with the nice clip also. Thanks!

So, I didn't think about this until I was looking at the s/c with the buyer yesterday. But how do we remove the tiny Griptec pulley hub from the shaft? There's so little room to get behind it with a pulley puller because...there's no pulley there...

Or am I overthinking this. Do you put the pulley on the hub, screwed down, and remove it all as one piece? Probably...

No idea, the ebay puller I got pulled the original right off.

    He wants the Snivspeed?

I gave him, basically all my extra parts to make the deal. Dude got almost $10k in parts for $6200! Ya, we'll be pulling the griptech 2.3 off and putting the Sniv hub on. Up to him which size pulley he runs, but gave him my 2.2" and 2.0"

@e30cabrio did you have the intercooler pump come on from ignition on or when cranking? Safe to jump from fuel pump for intercooler relay to come on. Was thinking of wiring up a relay harness for the pump.

The harness has a relay, the fuse is in an ignition on fuse in the engine box.

I currently have it wired to the ignition on. I have a spare relay to make my own harness. Was thinking of having it only come on when engine is running by wiring off the fuel pump.

I have been annoyed by it running when I'm flashing a tune but always have a charger connected so it is ok, I might move it over to the fuel pump fuse.

At least you wouldn't be pulling power from an ignition source just the trigger for relay.

Mine annoys me when I’m flashing as well so I just pull the fuse for it out of the fused relay when flashing.

Maybe I lost track but doesn't the new blower have those twin intercooler bricks? You would need to redo the plumbing also, right? Does the new blower use the same Low Temp Radiator (intercooler)?

The more I think about it if I had a 1900 and was gonna upgrade to 2650 for those minimal gains at our low boost..I’d definitely be going Harrop for the sake of easy to access install bolts, pulley swaps, and snout removal for coupler changes inherent to the downward discharge design. You can also remove the rotor pack from the bottom half of the supercharger with the intercooler making it easier to remove and ship out and have rebuilt. In a nutshell, better serviceability. Plus that post intercooler IAT sensor is nice to monitor. That’s just my .02 though!

Moved to the green hd belt. May start looking for a shorter one if possible. Lots of adjustment left on the tensioner.

Props to zzperformance. Ordered the intercooler pump but forgot about plug. Ordered the plug with standard shipping and they sent it out 2nd day air.
Now if HPtuners can get their shipping prices in order...$22 for shipping a $50 analog pro plug. Give me a break.

Alright, all I have to say is sea level elevation is a literal game changer on boost and zippity freaking gone!! I consistently get over 10 psi here in CA and I have to say, my aunt's supersnake f150 doesn't feel as fast...it is, but not enough to buy IMHO.

I was gifted a 1955 ford f100 and I'm hauling it back to the MTns so we'll see how bad my fuel mileage changes! :pI love booooooost!
