So the check engine light came on and I replaced the camshaft position sensor but the light wouldn’t go off and when I took it to Toyota they said the engine timing is off ? Anyone know the fix ?

Vehicle was provided in the image at the top. I do believe the 4.7 still requires a timing belt change. Have you changed the timing belt?? Otherwise this may be a warning.. I don't know about 10 hours of diagnosis, but it may be a 15 hour + or - job for a timing belt change.
