Hello all. We have a 2010 Tundra V-6. It had 3 perm codes. P0420, P0441, P0455. After changing the gas cap didn’t work, we noticed a leak in the gas tank, fixed that, and replaced the 02 Sensor in B1 S2. All but PDTC P0420 went away. Then on Friday afternoon, started the truck, and all the codes went away and the code reader gave me a green light with No current codes, no check engine, no INCOMPLETE MONITORS. So I was going to get the smog check on Saturday. Until I got home and had to leave again. I started the car, and gave me a pending p0420 code, still no check engine, and all the monitors were complete.

Had to go to my daughters an hour away, so we went ahead and took the truck drove it to my daughters. Before coming home, I decided to hook up the code reader, and once again, IT GAVE ME THE GREEN Light. No pending no stored no perm and no check engine…

On our way home from my daughters, as we were half way home, the freaking check engine light came on. We got home and checked. And once again the code it’s throwing out is P0420. Stored and Permanent.

Does anyone know of any cleaner that would work on the cat? This is a company truck that we take on short local (10 minutes or less) trips a lot. Or why it would give us all green twice, and then give us an error the next. See attached
