On a serious note; traditional traps are the only way to go... So, snap some photos of how you have them set up in relation to your walls, corners, etc.... and let's go from there!!!!!

First off, it's not human; dogs are the only other species we'll lump into this category and trust me, by doing so we are degrading the spirit of their character!!!! Rats = pellet gun. I shot so many chipmunks and squirrels last year. They kept eating my tomatos. After about a dozen half eaten fruits...I was done.

 

Start feeding the ravens and crows. Be friendly with them. They'll start hanging around more and they will drive off those kinds of rodents.

 

Crows don't hang out near my house. The red tail hawks eat them.
