2019 TRD Pro - added 500lb camper to the back and plan to build out the inside with some shelves, maybe drawers for a couple hundred more lbs.
Purchased RAS HD system to help with the rear suspension and a Victory 4x4 cab topper to help with the aerodynamics (not much, but every little bit will help).
I've seen people pair the Sumo Bags with the RAS System. Is this necessary?
Any other suggestions to help with the ride quality and sagging?

Installed the RAS System last night - took about 1.5 hours. Huge improvement in ride - feels more like the stock/unloaded. Stopped the bouncing going over bumps or through the drainage channels that are all over the place here in COS. Also, lifted the back about an inch so it's no longer squatting.
Haven't gotten the roof rack yet, but will update with pictures once I do.

I think that will definitely be the play down the road. I'm going to run the set-up as is for now (maybe add a swaybar and some of the sumo-springs in the interim), until I notice a drop in performance. Figure in a couple years, or after a handful of desert trips, it'll be time to make the upgrade. And I'll have a good handle on what I need. Thanks for sharing that link though. I guess I thought the full replacement packs were a whole lot more expensive.

Do you have the rear sway bar? If not that could be very helpful.

I've read that the RAS System sort of negated the need for the rear sway bar, but after putting it on, I think the sway bar may still be beneficial. I'm not doing crazy rock crawling, but do have a couple desert trips planned in the next couple months, so my only concern was reduction of travel. Probably wouldn't be a big enough issue with what I plan on doing, but it did factor into the decision thus far. However, having the bulk of the weight of the camper up high makes for a lot of roll. The RAS has done a surprisingly good job of reducing that, but I'm sure the sway bar would help.

I have the RAS as well but for a towing a travel trailer. Did you go with the thicker gauge or thinner gauge when setting on the coil spring? I went with the thinner, (I think its states as a 20% boost) as I was concerned the ride would stiffen up too much when unloaded. IIRC the thicker is around a 40%. I have the HD kit.

I went with the thicker gauge with the HD kit. I've had the camper off for the last couple weeks as I'm waiting for the cab rack to come in so I can install it. Drove it to St. Louis from CO, and then out to Moab. The ride may be a little stiffer unloaded, but it drives really nice - not uncomfortable or harsh. It feels planted to the ground, and I have noticed it cuts down on the roll quite a bit. With it loaded down, I do think i'm still going to need the sway bar, but I'll hold off judgement until I get the camper back on and test it out.
