I have been looking through the Tundra links on the Toyota website and noticed a peculiar statement on the 2018's.. The average MPG has changed to an estimated 15/19 mpg. My question is what changes were made to the engine to prompt this change. To my knowledge, nothing has been updated. Anyone else hear anything?

I spoke to soon. The 15/19mpg is listed only on the SR & SR6 models.

    Probably the 4.6L engine.

Just hope they don't change the transmission and software.

Toyota totally screwed up the Tacoma's drivetrain.
