“Chase rack” is ready to rock for Sedona! It’s a single bed bar with the SSC1 Pros that I had originally mounted on some Bull Ring tie downs, along with an NMO antenna base. The whole setup is removable via 4 bolts into channel nuts on the bed rails.

There's been a discussion going on over here regarding having a fuse inline with the GM diode that is used to trick the alternator into pumping out higher voltage for AGM batteries.

@BiggHertz just made this whole thing way easier, especially if you already have the GM diode. Just need two add a fuse taps and splice their leads together:

LOL negative just haven't purchased an AGM battery yet since the plans to move it to the bed and add a secondary battery also.

You don't want to go dual battery under the hood and have 136 lbs of AGM up front??

:notsure: They said no problem with heat, guess we will find out.

    OPERATING TEMPERATURE

Ideal for rugged & harsh environments. Much better than SLA or other lithium batteries. -20°F min, +150°F max optimal operating temps (battery performs well down to -20°F). Avoid charging below 32°F. Discharge cut off at - 20°F/-20°C. Charge cut off at 23°F/-5°C. BMS high temp cut off at 167°F / 75°C.

No concerns with how hard you wheel? Little crack in the case and some splish-splash might not go well

Of course. But that’s a concern already no matter what type battery. Everything is securely/safely mounted so it does not move.

Changed the oil today, along with the engine and cabin air filters. Oil change went without a hitch, but there were some discrepancies when getting the new engine air filter from the dealership. After triple checking with the parts desk and online, it appears the old version was superseded by a new, thinner part number:
    IMG_9949.jpg

No issues with fitment or seal, but the whistle from the intake is a little more noticeable now.
