Ok, here is my dilemma. I am running new Ridge Grapplers (295/55R20) and am looking for new wheels. I want something all black without the ugly frickin silver rivets that are on what seems to be every damn model of wheel. When I find wheels that are solid black to my liking, the offset pushes the tires 2 to 3 inches outside the truck, which to me is ugly.

Soooooooo, anyone want to help me in this unbelievable dilemma ...

I am no expert in wheel offset and how it effects the the positioning of wheels so your expertise is appreciated. If you have PICS, I would love to see them.

I like. The kid at Discount said I should be looking for a 36 offset. Does that sound right?

Ignore the dirt, but the fuels I have don't push the tires out much. They sit pretty close to flush. Fuel vectors, does have the "rivets" but they are black and blend into the wheel quite well.

I think that will sit inside the fender-well. I think +25 is about flush. The +12 should be <=1in outside the wheel well.

I forgot to add. I looked at a few Black Rhino wheels with a 25 offset and they told me they would still out 50mm which is close to 2 inches.

Mine will be up for grabs shortly. 20x8 +60 offset Toyota Carve wheels . Powder coated black satin. On 275/60/20 BFG Ko2's with TPS sensors and lugs. Currently running 1.25 Spidertrax spacers as well that gets me to a +28 offset I was told. Basically even with your fender.

I agree about the rivets. Enough already with that crap. There is like 1 out of 20 without rivets available now.

Why not just paint your stock wheels black. All black wheels look the same if you move more than a few feet away anyway, haha.

Some of you must be shopping at different places than I do. I was recently shopping for wheels (for my wife's black Nissan van). I wanted black wheels with silver accent around the edge. I didn't like Method because they don't seem to make hub centric wheels. Most wheels that have the offset I wanted were all black. I finally ended up with American Outlaw Bunker.

they're wrong. 25 offset will sit pretty flush with your fenders, maybe stick out less than half an inch.

That's why I'm a part of this forum! I don't trust salesmen/women. All they know is what they read in the brochures, the rest is speculation LOL

Much rather the word of a guy who actually has/had first hand experience

Check your local laws. In PA, you can't have tires stick out beyond the fender (even though I see people driving crazy vehicles all the time). You could probably be okay with 25 mm offset without fender flares. If you go lower (I have 18 mm), you probably want some fender flares.

I have four children. My middle son (13 y.o.) is already 5' 9" and wears size 13 extra wide shoes. He was the bottle neck for Sienna. When he was no longer able to seat in the third row seat comfortably, we had to trade in for something bigger like Nisssn (my daughter and youngest son get car-sick, so they had to ride in the second row).
