What are you using to seal the gap between the tailgate & truck bed?

I would also be interested in this, I don’t like the dust getting into the bed of the truck.

I use this gasket that I found at Lowes and it works pretty good.

Its totally sealed.....my concern will be the 3m that sticks to the truck is about 1/2 the size of the picture. So longevity will be the question. I am in Canada so water on it then freezing will be the concern for the winter. My main purpose is to stop rain water at 130k getting in the box with the luggage etc. The rear 2' always is damp so this stopped it, + dust

    That looks great.

I'm looking for the same protection as you, just trying to keep luggage clean and dry inside.

I have the Toyota tonneau (which is getting replaced in June) but I had to plug/seal in the front box corners as well as I found there was an entrance point for dust/water.

I’d ask a question here, but I’ll scroll first to see if it was answered before I ask.

Got it installed along with a mountain hatch panel. The seal is under the panel. The 4.25” length barely fits the gap opening. We’ll see how it does. Gotta load up half a yard of gravel next week. Kinda wished I got the 7” length

I purchased the seal you used and I'm about to install it. Did you remove the tailgate rubber stop? Or just apply product over it?

The ones at the top of the box by the rail .......Removed them , put them in Ziplock and hucked them in the glovebox incase the seal flames out in 2-3 years I can just stick them back in

@TexasTacoma713 How is the ESI Rok Block tailgate gap cover holding up? How are you liking the Mountain Hatch tailgate insert?

Don’t get the one I linked, get the wider 7” one and go crazy with the included adhesive. The 4.5” is too short. It’s holding up okay but I know I’m gonna pull it off soon and RE-glue it down. The mountain hatch panel is okay.. Feel like it could be cut to fit better, but it’s great of you spend time on the tailgate working on things, cooking, etc. Much better than the factory ridged panel
