I'll know tomorrow on the way to work. It has to be better that the AJT. The Jomax cover is about 1/16th and the AJT has to be close to 1/4.

Buy a storage bin from home depot. Throw 3 thirty pound bags of sand in it. Then tie it down against the back tail gate. You might need 4 bags. It will fix it.

90 to 120 pounds is the magic number that smoothed both my tundras ride out.

Shouldn't hurt anything, but would reinstall the bolts to keep the skid from bouncing around. There is a correct sequence to refastening the bolts (and torque settings), so you may want to reference before just rebolting them up.
I taped (and used evil plastic bags) mine up and just painted while on the truck.
Good luck, nice little touch and one of a few cheap ones : )

Okay, I give up. Been looking for half an hour. I KNOW I saw guys discussing the part numbers for the two little clip pieces that hold most of the dash trim in. One piece is yellow and the other is a white clip. You know, those things that pop off all over when you're pulling the radio in and out to do the FRAC harness or Rago dash mount...

90467-10203 comes up as the same part number for the white and yellow clips. Aren't they 2 different sizes? This definitely needs to be a sticky post once we figure it out.

So this is from the mirror panel on the inside of the door. I know there is a white and yellow clip for that panel. #14 and #16.

Took mine to the body shop today. Unfortunately I got rear ended the other night and my truck was all that stopped the other car from blowing through the intersection. Fortunately no one was hurt and my truck did it’s job. I’m really hoping it’s not totaled. The bumper, tailgate, and bed are pretty jacked. Waiting to hear back and see if there’s frame damage.

What kind of vehicle hit you and did you have a tow hitch in the receiver?

I was rear ended bad back in April and did have some frame damage, but was not totaled.

Do you have any pic of the damage?

Check the build link in my signature.
Drove 500 miles with a massive headwind most of the way.
Got about 11.5 mpg for the trip…with just my two daughters and me an a couple duffle bags for a load. It was a brutal drive…

I think the confusion is that there are aftermarket versions of the yellow clips that are different colours, including white. The different sizes aren’t interchangeable. Further, there’s a symmetrical white clip and an asymmetrical white clip. From my searching it seems the asymmetrical white clip cannot be purchased separately from the components it’s used in despite it being the one that breaks the easiest. Here’s the asymmetrical one I mentioned:

I never broke any yellow ones. @rocsteady

Replaced my battery last night. I had ran a few errands during the day, parked for a few hours at home, went to leave and a click and all the lights went out. I guess the garbage factory battery is a real thing, 2020 with 39k miles. Jumped it off and drove straight to O’Reilly for a replacement. NOCO GB40 saved the day, started the truck twice and didn’t even have a full charge!

You know, I keep seeing this...but I've got 45K on my '20, and I've had the battery tested. I'm just waiting for it to die, but as of yet it's perfectly good. *shrug*
