Frame interchangeability

I have the opportunity to buy a fairly recently changed frame on a 2001 access cab, fwd, v8, automatic trans. I have an 03 with all the same configurations, will this frame swap out with no issues.

 

Very rare to find a front wheel drive tundra frame.

 

Frames should be a direct swap if both are AC V8 4wd.

Not sure if that’s a joke or not, but haha?
AC = access cab
DC = double cab
RC = regular cab

Specifically check the "Cab types and why it matters" section, the first half dozen or so bullets cover cabs and frames and acronyms you'll find used on this forum related to both.
