I am adding a VIOFO A139 dash cam, and everything seems good so far. I am just not sure which fuses to tap into using the HK3-C hardwire kit + fuse tap. The HK3-C requires a battery connection (Always on) and ACC (key'd on).

Based on this diagram ("Under the instrument panel"), it looks like the best options to use (1) INVERTER or (5) POWER OUTLETS for ACC (Key'd on) and (2) Power front driver's seat or (6) Cargo lamp for Always On.

I have some experience installing speakers, stereos, and other accessories, but for some reason have never messed tapping into the fuse box; so I'd like a sanity check on this before I move forward.

Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated!

    Welcome to the forum.
Your rearview mirror already has both BAT and ACC leads if you want to tap into those.

Oh wow, thanks for that info! Definitely helps!

Just some clarification for a doofus like myself; I take it the (BAT) is for Battery and (IG aka Ignition?) is for ACC?

    Awesome, thanks!

Side note: that first one has customer pics for someone who installed a VIOFO as well, so that's awesome.

I just noticed one of those adapters is a USB.

Make sure it fits your needs, I don't know anything about them..
