What am I missing. If you get the premium TRD package on the SR5 And TRD package on the limited. The only thing I see different is memory seats and 20" wheels on the limited.

The TRD OR package differences are pretty minimal between the two trim levels, as you've pointed. The main difference comes from other amenities. Most of the time, you can option up the SR5 to be on par with the Limited, but there are few items that you can't add to the SR5, even as an option. Most of them are in the interior.

Someone can check my math, but here's the list of things you can't get on the SR5 (no matter the option/package selected):
    • Pano Moonroof
    • Acoustic Glass
    • Hydraulic Dampened Cab Mounts
    • Light up console storage & glove box
    • Soft touch interior panels (vs the hard plastic of the SR5)
    • Wireless phone charger
    • Auto-Dimming Rearview mirror with HomeLink
    • Electronic adjustable seats & seat memory
    • Heated & cooled seats
    • Heated exterior mirrors
    • LED headlights
    • Tailgate bump switch (on the DS taillight)
    • Satin/brushed mustache
There might be more, but that's what I can think of off the top of my head.

I should've been more specific. You can't get the "premium" LED headlights with the sweeping LED turn signal. :)

Pretty sure what KroppDuster provided was a list of things you can't option on an SR5.

You can't get the "auto-dimming rear view mirror with HomeLink", but you can get the "digital rear-view mirror with HomeLink".
You can't get "heated & cooled seats" but you can get "heated seats" without cooling.
You can't get "electronic adjustable seats & seat memory" but you can get "electronic adjustable seats" without seat memory.
    Etc......

To my eye, his list is correct (with the caveat he already stated above about Premium LED headlights vs standard LED headlights).

Cab mounts, in my opinion, are these most intriguing thing for me. A member on the forum did a write up on upgrading the cap mounts on the SR5 to the hydraulically dampened mounts. I might have to explore that.

I was so set on a WCP or Smoked Mesquite limited for the first few months then decided on a SR5, this was what I figured what I would be missing and eventually did not see the $6-9k increase in value

    Base Limited:
    Rims
    Optional Premium headlights
    Standard bsm fold mirrors heated
    Elbow tailgate switch
    Acoustic laminated windscreen
    illuminated center console glove box
    soft touch interior
    autodim rearview mirror
    softex seats 8way
    driver memory seat
    heated front seat
    vented front seat
    14” monitor
    9 speakers
    Hydraulic cab mount

    Optioned TRD OR Premium Limited:
    prem headlights
    trailerbackup assist
    digital rearview mirror
    PVM+bsm mirors
    skid plate
    mud guards
    locking rear diff
    MTS+DAC+CRAWL
    mtm monitors

My SR5 premium has a rear view mirror that automatically dims and has Home-link, I assume that’s considered the auto dimming and not just digital

I stand corrected. Didn’t know that combo was possible nor have I ever seen in Toyota materials that option on an SR5.

I like things about both trucks. I like how the SR5 is already body colored and black over the Limited chrome. The soft touch on the center dash panel looks better than the silly plastic storage hole on the SR5. I could live without the moonroof on my Limited.

Don’t forget the rear center console power and usb ports in the Limited. I was looking at adding this to my SR5 Premium TRD for road trips with the kids.

My SR5 with TRD OR has Hydralic cab mounts, i have visually confirmed this by looking at other trucks and had my parts department look it up.

WTF? How? Guess I need to go look at mine as I just assumed they were not the hydraulic mounts and it's not an option (or part of a package) that I've seen anywhere in Toyota's materials. I have an SR5 TRD OR with the top premium package......

im not sure if its a TRD OR thing or A Crewmax thing. but i even compared them to our SR parts truck that is definitely not Hyd cab mounts and they are clearly different than that.

The press release also said acoustic windshield is limited and above, but it's actually standard across all tundras, and the capstone has acoustic windows as well

Interesting. Makes me wonder if it's a change between MY22 to MY23? I say that because @mmurray70 in his thread about cab mounts did the upgrade on his 22 SR5 to the hydraulic cab mounts.

Very interesting. Just looked at mine and they are the aluminum ones, which you state are the hydraulic mounts.

I don't think so. When I was trying to decide what trim level I wanted, I distinctly remember when going through all the Toyota matricies and such that hydraulic cab mounts were listed (at least somewhere) as being Limited and higher trims only, same as the acoustic glass.

this is screenshot of the 2022 Tundra Product Information pamphlet, the entire pamphlet I can upload it if you want. It also shows that hydraulic mounts are on all models, and active aero is on SR5 (I thought it was limited and up)

you can argue if it has it or it doesnt have it, i dont really care, all I know is the toyota configurator is broken as well and have run into forum ppl who agree that its broken, and run into others that say i just dont know how to use it (configurator) lolol, info seems to be hit/miss all over the place..... for example the sr5 do have the rear window with defog and privacy glass, but this shows its on limited and up, I also do not have auto dimming rear view even thought it says it does for SR5...
