    About to order new stereo for my truck just want to know if anyone can tell me if I need to order the amp bypass plug. I dont see jbl anywhere. Will my vin help can someone help me out.

    You've got an 01 so you probably just need to remove the amp behind the HVAC controls. In 01 you either have no amp or the amp behind the HVAC controls. Either way, same harness
    Pic of the radio would be really helpful here too though.

    Yup just the regular Toyota harness. Should be two separate plugs. Pull the amp put from behind HVAC controls and hook your new harness into the plugs that hook up to that amp.
