Next time you run into this. Go into your android app settings. And delete the app data and cache I think that will resolve without having to uninstall and reinstall. Sorry for the late response

I think I may have looked for the cache memory, but couldn’t find it.

now I’m having an issue where my WiFi from the Harman Spark keeps dropping out. Worked great the first day or so.

Ok a few things Go into your settings WiFi. Pick your spark. Connect automatically. Make sure it’s marked unmetered And you did download the app right? Regardless. If it’s acting up. Pull it from port. Count to 3. Put it back in. It takes a little time for it to settle And learn your habits Remember we don’t reboot our head units often either. Might be smart to cycle it as well

Is there a way to quickly reboot the unit? I usually go into the “car” settings and change something in the voice setting. That forces a reboot. Would be nice to have a shortcut.

I think that just turns power off. Going into the car factory setting and changing something causes a reboot.

    I could be wrong though.

I have been looking through here but can't find the answer. I have a 14 non jbl and I have the 13.3 unit but my touch screen isn't working, only hooking a mouse to it allows me to navigate. Buttons are off so I feel I may need to change the canbus settings but I'm not sure. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Im using those in my setup, but im not running the Dasaita. Im still on the factory H/U, so im not sure I can help much.

If im not mistaken, the dash speakers run off the head unit itself in a factory setup.

Those harness's are used to connect into the two plugs that come off the factory amp and the pigtails will correspond to each speaker location inside the truck. (front left/right. rear left right) and so on.

Somebody else may find this helpful. I had to do the key study (not super easy when the keys are jacked up).
-Go to Settings -> Factory settings (password 126)
    -Open the "Key Study" tab
    -Tap "touch key study"
-The screen will turn black with a "+1" on top right and "+2" label on bottom right
-First tap on the "+1" then on "+2" with your finger, this is calibrating the screen; if you mess up here your screen touch coordinates will be out of sync with your screen. If you manage to mess up here it's easiest to connect a USB mouse and re-enter the key study menu.
-On the next screen tap any of the touch buttons, you're then asked to assign functions to it, pretty much the same as for steering wheel control key study
-Hit "Save and Exit" when done

Note: You can assign long- and short press actions to the soft-touch buttons this way. As you got a KLD unit (likely the same apex unit for my Subaru as for yours which is a KLD MTCD unit) you can also map one of the buttons to "screen off" which just turns off the screen backlight. Very handy during night driving. Look for the screen icon with an 'x' inside. I personally assigned screen-off to the power button and shutdown to the power button long press. Also I assigned mute to the back-button long-press action.

Just got this harness with amp wire for recent Dasaita install. Hoping to get door speakers working. I’m a idiot when it comes to wiring, any help would be appreciated. Not sure sure which wire to tap into.

    Are any of them unterminated?

does the new harness take the place of the one in your recent image? I see that’s the CANbus harness.

    thankful for this thread.
Just installed my 13.3 into my 2014 tundra jbl.

got the rear speakers working with the canbus setup.

On the canbus factory settings i believe i read to choose "08".
I also set up the android auto through the Z link section of the app. i noticed the resolution goes to shit when the Z link it activated.

anyone play with this or have better luck in the settings.

I use Zlink for CarPlay and haven’t seen any resolution issues.

Turn off the wifi and bluetooth on your phone before starting your car. Turn on the car, go to Z-Link. There should be a settings menu (you turn off the wifi and bluetooth so zlink doesn't auto connect) and within the settings menu you should see some sort of display setting. I forgot what it was called but you'll know it when you see it. You can scroll down a little too if it's not on the first page.

Alright I botched something up and I need some help. Trying to get my PX6 to reboot, and in order to do that, you have to change something in the factory settings menu. I went to the last tab, Other?, and changed, I don't recall the exact wording, but I think it was power state... Changed from last reboot to No. Now the HU display won't come on. Just see side buttons lit up when head lights are on, see pic. I tried reaching out to Iris but apparently my connection to her thru the Amazon storefront expired. Any help is appreciated!!

Edit:. Turns out the BU camera comes in... Just no display in P or D. Cannot connect via AA either.

Update: Received a phone call while driving...HU lit up...pulled over...reversed the settings and Wah-LA! It's all back to normal. That was scary...now if I can get my WiFi and Hotspot to turn back on!! Gonna go for the reinstall of the Max10 and MCU and see what happens before I ping Iris.

So I ended up returning my 13.3 display for the sampler unit that fits in the dash.

Anyone made a solution for the px6 to be mounted more securely?
Just using the facade brackets doesn't sit well with me.

Any update on this unit?? Looking at the Dastia 13.3 Android 11 for a 2007 tundra w JBL. Px6 chip has been around for a while so that is my only concern.

Who is the vendor on Amazon that you bought yours form?

Unit is pretty solid. Sometimes buggy. Mostly from me messing with it. If you get it from Amazon get it from the dasaita store. You'll have Iris holding your hand thru the whole thing. I, and many others, had positive experiences with her.

Ok mate, I had the front camera working when I hit reverse, but didnt have the reversing camera. I uplugged that one, and now have the reversing camera connected, but cannot find where to plug in the front camera!!! This is bloody annoying. all the yellow RCAs are male. I will try a joiner tomorrow to see if I can get it working.

Added the TPMS sensors and they are great.

Wifi from home or phones, for some reason 2 out of three say wrong password. I dont understand why. Otherwise the unit looks great, mapping is good!

Anyone know if it's possible to wire in a physical button to access front/back cameras? Just kind of a pain going through the menu to view the cameras - one thing i loved about FRAC was the quickness and ease of it

Hate to bring this to the top but my setup looks like yours with no yellow RCA from the canbus. By chance how did you connect the 6v additional harness? You have a photo saved or anyone else have this? I bought the 6v adapter but just can’t get this camera to turn on

Not sure how you connected your new HU but if it uses plug and play adapters for the OEM harnesses, you should be able to leave your FRAC Harness installed in between the OEM harness and the new HU P&P harness and retain all the FRAC functionality. However, you will have to decide whether you want the Front camera plugged in to your head unit or the FRAC circuit. A video splitter cable may work to drive both front camera inputs. Doing this would keep all the FRAC functionality along with the selectable HU video functions.

Trying to research my next addition before pulling the dash apart or ordering any parts but coming up short (and/or lazy, this thread is long!)

I have an 07 SR5 (non-JLB no steering wheel controls) with a Dasaita unit installed with the basic DYX004 harness, I did not order nor need the CB005-01 harness.

Now my question is, if I want to add OEM steering wheel controls, I understand that they are wired from the wheel to the passenger dash and that I will need to add some wiring from passenger dash to head unit BUT, will I need a PAC unit or CB005-01 harness?

From Dasaita website I don't think I would need anything except the buttons and wiring. Just seeing if anyone else has been through this on a 2nd gen with out buttons that added buttons and got it to work with Dasaita 004 harness.

"Comes with Plug & Play harness and canbus
