    If you ever load and shoot a muzzleloader, remember 3 things. 1st-powder, 2nd-patch, 3rd-ball. If you forget powder it won’t go boom.

    Bought a Primary Arms GLX 4-16x50 FFP with their ACSS 6.5 reticle and first shot with it today and it is absolutely insane! I've never shot any kind of precision rifle, or had any kind of nice scope or even anything that could adjust parallax so kind of jumping in feet first and reading the shooting guide that @tripleconpanna suggested, so I have no idea what I'm doing but I'm loving it!

    I shot 60 rounds of some Sellier and Belliot, like the cheapest name brand shit I could find, and this was my last 5 shot group at 100yds:

    And then I had a little 4x8 gong I threw on the hill at 300yds and was nailing that every shot :D this might not be impressive to anyone, but when I say I'm a newbie I mean it and am absolutely amazed at what this setup is throwing down! Can't wait to stretch it out!

    Well this weekend was a celebration. My oldest son turned 10 and requested a day in the woods shooting 2 liters. We were also celebrating my upcoming wedding this Friday by shooting with my future wife. My last one hated guns so this is so awesome to me to share a hobby with someone that you love. She's a natural and I couldn't be more proud of her!

    Work gave me a lot of bass pro gift cards for my 15 year anniversary, so I picked up a Christensen Arms Ranger 22 and added a vortex diamondback 4-16x44 and some vortex rings. This will the rifle I teach my boys to shoot with. Will eventually order a can to be dedicated to this rifle, but until then I will use the one that is on a 22 AR.

    Well... now you need some 37mm Ferret Barricade Rounds w/CS payload (ya know just cuz) or 40mm if the launcher will handle them:
