My understanding is that Prospeed's fuel system package is nice and all, but if you get larger injectors above what comes with the Magnuson kit (often referred to as green TRD injectors), you will need a custom tune. I think @nobodyintexas said D3 spent most of a day getting his injectors dialed in.

Whatever this forum told me to do
    Yup
They spent a full day because nobody had a map for the 2020
Mine are 650cc Harrop recommended Don’t see the need for larger unless you were going for hp>650

which would take going into the engine to build it to take that much power

stick with the trd injectors. You life will be much better

the maggy will give you a dead reliable 550hp if you install the std parts

Cool. The 750cc part is what had me worried with the maggy since the trd's are like 530 already.

So probably just the TRD injectors and a better than TRD fuel pump

The TRD injectors are good for 650hp, the pump is the limiting factor from what I’ve read and heard. Tuning for the pump didn’t take my tuner any longer than normal.

Tuning shouldn't be any different, the pump issue is not enough flow at WOT. The pump isn't changing the pressure at the injectors (thus the tune), larger pump just means the pressure is maintained at high throttle so fuel tuning remains consistent.

Been there done that. I have the pro speed kit including the fuell rails on my Sequoia and honestly I’ve have regretted it since day one. The best place to start is upgrading the fuel pump over what is supplied in the kit. You will start to max out the trd injectors if you want to get above the Magnuson HP tune that is capable of 550hp at the crank. Honestly these stock engines can only handle about 600 hp at the crank roughly 500at the rear wheels so you’re Going to be close enough with the stock TRD injectors. Mine however were at 100% duty cycle with a custom tune which is why I ended up getting the pro speed kit in the first place. I initially lost horsepower over the original tune which I did end up getting back so when I say I would start with the fuel pump get the tune I’m speaking from experience. I’ve had five supercharged vehicles three Magnuson and two Harrops, still have 4 in the stable and I have learned a ton over this journey and a shit ton from ViktorG he’s the man. Upgrade the fuel pump first if your injectors are at 100% duty cycle most of the time then consider upgrading to 650cc injectors and you will be fine to get whatever power necessary up to the engine capabilities.

Alright I just bought one, Silver saying you can do the Amazon protection plan and being able to compare the Hilux and Tundra, plus shit on you guys with an old truck and a lowly used Magnuson :D pushed me over the edge. I'll try it out next week when I'm back from work.

Also @ColoradoTJ can this thread be renamed to "General Supercharger Thread" or something. Since this has a ton of posts but there's still new threads made and people comment on those (like about the magnusons) where they obviously never clicked on this thread since they presumably have no idea what a harrop is.

Unless the harrop bois don't like that idea :D

Probably a Harrop rep "seeding" the thought..."You know you can buy a S/C without a tune right?"
I kid but it is something I would do.

Is anyone with the Harrop kit running out of fuel? I read that it includes a DeatschWerks DW300c pump. If not, I'll use this, rather than going to the Walbro 450.

I use the one Harrop sent.

never has a fueling problem. I'm on the smaller pulley as well.

My problem is my 3.5 air inlet.

I’m not gonna lie that Harrop stage 1 ran pretty good considering. The biggest thing that sketched me out was it wouldn’t enrich the fueling until the throttle was 70-80% open. Pulling a heavy load on hills where I wasn’t at open enough throttle to get it to richen up, meanwhile it’s sitting at 3500rpm with a big load on the engine and a 14.0 AFR. Yikes, lucky I didn’t blow any piston rings the one time I pulled my camper without a proper tune.

I have plenty of fuel with the 300c based on my logs. I think it’s more than sufficient even for more power than I’m making. I found a good read on issues with over sizing the pump and that’s not good either. Not sure if I could find it again. Seems to be a trend to put the 450 in though so obviously it’s not an issue for most.

Geez, I think that even the TRD tune has it set to enrich starting at 50% throttle.
