I love it! I had one before, but made the mistake of trading it in for a Ruger LCP MAX 380. The Ruger was a turd right out of the box, so I bought another P365. Lots of accessories you can get from lasers, hand grips, extended mags, trigger spring kits, etc, etc

Wife called and said "truck won't start" Picked her up after work and went to see what she'd done to my baby. Crank, no start. Borrowing a buddy's Bluepoint scanner tomorrow and towing it home to diagnose. Fingers crossed I can pinpoint the failure and not just throw parts at it. Nearly 270k mi so maybe the fuel pump? We'll see...

My 2007 did a similar thing one time and I disconnected the battery and let it sit for a couple minutes before reconnecting. It started fine after. Never done it again in about 3 years. No idea why it happens.

Thanks! I've been reading for hours now and the possibilities have opened up more than I ever knew.....relays, fuel pump, fuel pump control module, crank sensor....I'll have my work cut out for me.

Don't forget to start w/ @apwisher 's suggestion of disconnecting the battery for a bit and see if a computer reset helps. Sometimes it's like doing a hard restart on an iPhone or your laptop and fixes everything!!!

That's a confirmed negatory. Same afterwards. Just towed it home and put in the garage. The fun begins..

Pulled out the coin holder and installed a wireless phone charger/holder. I tapped into the lighter for power.

On mine, the "inner" hard line was the return line. Below is a picture from my supplemental cooler install. The line from the factory cooler to the "inner" hard line was removed - see the silver color nipple.

It's the lower of the 2 lines..... Follow this video, when I'd did mine about a year ago it was the best step by step video I could find. Only thing I would keep in mind is it took 15 qts for mine to be completely cleaned out. I also used valvoline max life in mine, it's much cheaper than ws toyota brand and I've had zero issues. Also, at the end of the video he doesn't quite check the fluid level right, read the comments several people point this out.

I did something similar. Works well for me.

My 4WD knob is there, so I went just above it. The charger sits far enough away to not obstruct my access to the 4WD knob.

Tried searching the forum but apparently I'm not great at navigating it. Does anyone have info on what service needs to be done at 175k miles? I could only find up to 120k on Toyota's website, and last time I took it to the dealer they tried to add literally everything under the sun. I just want what is necessary to keep it running good. Thanks in advance.

I don't know what specifically is being called for at that mileage, but I would use 75K as a reference. The service intervals just repeat themselves in the manual.

100k is plugs and coolant replacement.
    5k is tire rotation
    10k is oil change

There isn't anything definitive around a schedule as it depends on your usage and what you intend to use as intervals. I've recently completed my 100k and put this schedule together as a future reference from the manual, this forum, and that popular YouTube Toyota mechanic. Use it if you like, or to get a general idea, and then decide what needs to be knocked out. My intervals are based on how I use my truck and that I do my own maintenance. The trans drain and fill could be done on 30k or 50k, but I stretched it to 60k. Obviously excluded oil and grease - do that often (and read other threads about OCIs as that's a hot one around here).

As @Retroboy1989 said, the maintenance requirements pretty much repeats. At that mileage, I would look into suspension parts, serpentine belt, tensioner and idler pulleys, and water pump if they haven't been to changed.

Transmission drain and fill. Takes 4-8 quarts depending on the position Mercury and if Jupiter is in retrograde.

In all seriousness, it takes 5 quarts to overfill and drain off the excess on a regular change. One time, after sitting for a full week and then overnight with the drain plug out, I managed to get what ended up measuring 7.5 quarts out of it. TWO trips to the dealer later for just one more quart of WS, I got it to overflow. After the first trip I got frustrated so I went to my waste fluid and measured out 7.5. couldn't believe it.

Retro, Wynn, thanks for the pics. Toyota must have changed the cooler after 08 sometime as my cooler lines do not resemble those.
I've seen that vid Okie, thanks for reminding me. I need to look at it again.

I think some of the earlier model years had a separate cooler and ones of my vintage had them integrated with the radiator.

Got around to starting the brake/suspension changes. 2019 Sport shocks, EBC orange HD pads and slotted rotors. Only got as far as the rear, as we ten into 11 years of WI winters along the way...

Also figured out the random noise I have been getting for the last year or so from my passenger rear: the bead lock trim on some of my wheels had some loose bolts. Tightened them all up!
