    As far as I’m aware, Black is still Ban… Blue is LEO and, in my particular situation, I am former Navy as well as former LE, so we didn’t know which to do and I couldn’t do both.
    The Military one was too green for Navy, even though I wasn’t even a “sailor” in the traditional sense. I never wore or worked in anything blue. If we weren’t wearing workout clothes it was old school BDU’s. I was a “dirt sailor” and brown-water Navy.:spy:

    At the end of the day, Dark Blue just fit the bill. Navy colors are blue and gold traditionally, and police is blue of course, so we just doubled up on Blue.

    Thank you for your service sir, and I love the "dirt sailor" thing. My son was Navy and I think he spent a total of about 2 weeks on a ship during his 5 years, so it fits.
