    2011 tundra limited 5.7 squeaking when pushing on the gas pedal (no other time) it sounds like a bad serpentine belt or pulley but I already replaced and it still doing it. I disconnected the serpentine belt and accelerated for about 10 seconds and it still squeaked.. it doesn’t do it if the truck is in neutral or park. Only when driving. Any idea how to fix?

    Water pump? Drive through a puddle or get the engine wet? Could also be simply time for a new water pump. As it dries more it will get worse, until you can't think anymore.

    Not sure if it's the same noise, but mine made more of a whistling noise during acceleration. Turns out, these trucks do that with an aftermarket air filter... I've got a k&n filter.

    Changed the belt but could it be a bearing going bad? New belt = more tension + acceleration. Just a thought.

    Check your u joints? If it only does it gear, it may be a driveline issue

    The Idler\Tensioner pulley is usually the first to go.. Did you figure it out yet?

    @Dirtoholic is the squeak from the engine or just from some were up front? does the squeak get louder with increased RPM or is a consistent squeak?

    Does this sound like the noise you're describing?

    @YotaFan05
    I'm describing my noise as a "whistle" not as a squeal or whine. In my case, the speed of the motor does not cause the whistle, but rather the torque demand (hard acceleration makes motor suck in lots more air). I haven't yet been able to isolate where exactly it's coming from because it doesn't make the noise at idle, it doesn't make the noise at any no-load revs ... it only does it when hard accelerating.
