I have a squeak coming my left front. It squeaks at low speeds and even lightly squeaks when stepping into the truck or pushing down on the left front corner of bumper or pushing on the left front tire.

i can’t source it. I’ve removed the oem skid plate and even my Trd front sway bar but squeak remains.

I’m running the Ironman 4x4 foam cell pro kit which has been flawless for over a year and 10k miles.

The stealership won’t touch it and cannot/won’t pinpoint the issue. They’ve attributed the squeak to the ENTIRE a/m suspension and even faulty installation:(

    any suggestions?

Let your buddy move the truck and you try to listen. There can be just simple stuff like bushing rubber squeaking

Start hosing suspicious things down with silicone spray until the squeak goes away. Ball joints are notoriously squeaky when they are dry. Poly bushings are squeaky. A bad shock can get squeaky too.

This sounds like exactly what I am dealing with! And…I might have an answer finally. Watch this video and read the comments section. Every time I tweaked those rear bolts on the TRD skid plate, the sounds would go away and then come back. The stealership blamed my aftermarket plates I put on as deterrents to cat theft (my neighbor has his stolen twice on his older tundra).

I’m going to try the rubber washers described in the comments myself because I don’t want the monkeys at the stealership messing with the plates I put on and I’m very familiar with the setup at this point. Only question I’m trying to get answered before I start is exactly where I’m putting the rubber washer in reference to all the layers. 1 vehicle frame 2 aftermarket aluminum cat theft plate 3 TRD skid plate 4 metal washer 5 bolt
