Looking to renew the old Tundra… having a look at the suspension, saw that a chunk of coil has broken off the bottom of the drivers side front. The bottom curl has slipped past the retainer, and the second coil is now up against it.

No luck finding any pre loaded “quick strut” type replacements in time for a planned trip, but can get a set of springs off of a 2020 crewmax platinum 5.7 that had the basic black shocks in them, and a set of bilstein 4600 takeoffs from a 2018… figured that’d get me back to original or close to it.
Anyone know if those springs from the 2020 would be different enough (either dimensionally or spring rate) to worry about using them on the 2007?

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated. I did see that thread… thing that had me second guessing was the comment about chassis being the same 07 through 19. The bilsteins from the 2018 I am confident are correct… the springs from the 2020 not as much, as they did not come off of a TRD package truck.
