    Thanks.
Every time he creates something new like this I can't believe it, and say the same things. He is definitely gifted.

Still fooling around with the CNC machine. I need some organization for the tools used while using the CNC. I am making an inset for the top drawer of my machine to keep common and frequent tools organized. This was just a rough cut to make sure all the sizes would fit.IMG_4988.jpg IMG_4989.jpg

I have a fabricator I work with directly. We draw them up in CAD then he fabs it up and powder coats to my spec. I've tried countless online places but could never keep the quality high like this method. I recess the legs in the table and use full stainless hardware etc.

Added a slider with bits and some other tools to the tool drawer shown above. Nice and organized now. Only three more drawers to do on the CNC machine.5346F207-4E6E-4E5B-BF91-025F0E13D713.jpgEEC0E58C-C0A3-443B-B09C-E90DF7210B34.jpg

Just finished this. It was an F-14 Squadron logo from the F-14 Squadron I was in during Desert Storm. I am very pleased at how it came out as it was cut out of an old piece of plywood scrap I had laying around. The lines and details are very crisp and clean for an old piece of scrap.

Any of you ever used a wobbler dado blade? My parents are moving so going through my dads stuff with him from his woodworking days back in the 60/70s. Some pretty cool stuff and interesting techniques. Check this out:

Joiner would be nice for bowed wood, planer would be more versatile.

    I’m not a fan.
They leave a slightly curved bottom to the slot. But if you’re not trying to do dadoes more than 1/4-3/8 wide, they’re a lot more economical than a stacked dado set.
Anything over 1/2” or so wide, I prefer to do with a router and a pattern bit.

I want to get into the CNC world but it’s just overwhelming to me. I’m afraid it’s too complex for me lol. I love woodworking and used to do a ton on the side but just don’t have the time anymore. Barely have time to do stuff for my own home and family.

Made this natural slingshot over the past few weeks.

Lilac backyard natural fork,.hand rasps and files, sanded to 3k, Danish Oil, Theraband Gold, SuperSure pouch.

Large surface cracks were stabilized with 2 part epoxy and superglue was used for the finer ones.
