    This seems like the biggest concern. If there is still some aftermarket nonsense going on.

    yes. spark is ok.
    power cuts off injectors right after ignition.
    strangly it returns within few seconds but can not start the engine afterwards.
    somehow the sestem kills power to injectors although fuel pump is running.

    That is weird. I don't know the typical behavior of the immobi, does it cut power to the injectors?

    Too bad you don't have a compatible spare ECU on hand to plug in ... could be ECU damage also.
