I'm with the others on this. I broke a clip trying to get the grille off the first time and thought I had really screwed-up. Accessing these clips to push up and release is damn near impossible with the bumper in the way. The engineer that came up with this design needs his ass kicked.

"Work Truck" Package doesn't come with the bed rail system? Toyota really confuses me sometimes.

Also installed the Desert Does It Seat Jackers and a fire extinguisher. Haven’t rode around to see if I like the seat jackers or not, so time will tell.

did same. Eibach are so smooth. I went 2.5" front to level the truck. I had 3" rake after installing RAS two months ago.IMG_0867.jpg

Didn't wait longer and got the Eibachs installed. Went with 2.5" lift at front, 0 at back and levelled the truck out as I had a 3" rake after installing the RAS a while back. Ill probably tighten the RAS fully as I had them set to approx 60% of max tension. Here the truck with a full Trailer. Should be nice and level once I tighten up the RAS.IMG_0872.jpgIMG_0869.jpgIMG_0865.jpg

In my quest for LED replacement of everything, I went the cheap route for the cargo lights. They never get used so it wasn't worth the $50 ones from VLED that don't emit RF noise, interering with the key fob range.

    https://www.vleds.com/vehicle-specific/toyota/tundra/2018/cargo-lights/921-36-w-t-2.html

This is what I ended up buying.

I forget cuz I had my 3rd brake light off the 1st week I had it. Is it an easy plug n play with just taking it off? Or do you have to drop the headliner & do all that nonsense?

When just replacing the bulbs it's an easy job. Four phillips head screws to take off the outer lens and that gives access to the three bulbs. Replacing the whole brake light assembly is what necessitates dropping the headliner.

Guys at the track told me they use dental floss to get badges off. Never tried it but it sounds like it should work to remove the badge itself and then can work on the adhesive that's left on the paint.

I used fishing line to saw the badges off and the 3M eraser wheel to remove the adhesive.

I have to worry about some adjustments and the mounting of the top plate first. The instructions leave alot to be desired.

Just ordered a set of brake pads for the front and rear. No issues, and no idea how my current pads are looking but I’m at the brink of 60k so I figured I’d be proactive. Still have the factory pads, planning to take a closer look at them this weekend. At least I’ll have these ready when I need them.

Installed seat jackers going on a month or so. Hands down easy decision to recommend the purchase. They vastly improve comfort. I installed them in a ‘19 SR5 DC bench front seat.

Nice! Mine are the 2.0s, so threaded/adjustable vs the clip settings on yours. They are a nice setup for the $, certainly an upgrade.

Got the plug for the oval hole in the front of the bed. Still have no idea how I managed to lose it in the 1st place. Parts guy said "there are 2, one of em is $3 the other is $8", of course my truck wants the $8 part, par for the course.... Damn you scarlet!!!
They had a 22 crewmax with a long box, thats alot of sexy truck right there, and I crawled all over, under, inside, and out of that thing. Where are the turbos dammit!! I wanna see some spinny boys under that damn hood. They asked if I was interested and I developed a stutter
"Its the l-l-l-last of the v8s"
    "T-th th-the-the last of v8s mate"

When I installed the stage 2 VLED taillight conversion the other day I was a bit rushed, so today I went back and sealed up the connections with the supplied heat shrink and dielectric grease.

I made sure to slap each one and say “she ain’t going nowhere.”
