I have two of these in my dash and one in the console box between the seats. All only run when the key is on. Is there a fuse plug in to make one always on?

Check the amp rating between the two. I ran a fused hot wire from the battery for my always on in the console. The add a circuit was rated too low for my liking.

Reason I asked is cause I think it was my Jeep Cherokee Had a fuse in one that you could move over to a permanent power slot. Wasn't known about but asking online had someone point it out.

On my 2007.....the cig lighter socket goes off with the key. The power outlet on the right and the center console are on a timer and go out after about a two hour time delay - enough to charge a phone for example.
IIRC - the time delay is adjustable with tech stream
