Haha thanks, moot point for me, personally, at least for a while, but thinking it would be a popular mod for those looking for a pro-type look without all the off road bells and whistles.

Aren’t we gonna need that entire Heritage/Pro grill though? I don’t see a convenient ‘spot’ for this to slip right in on the current TRD OR honeycomb grill without some modifications.

I myself might wait and check out the upcoming Heretic light bar as seen here

I was about to post a question here: has anyone found a good amber LED fog light setup for the '22 Tundra? This looks pretty good. If anyone has more infor on this or any other options, I'd love to hear about them. Thanks

Installed the Extang trifecta 2.0. Looks nice and functions well. There’s water getting in mostly by the cab. I’m hoping it seals better as it gets broken it more.

Installed my TRD plate this morning. Being down there got me thinking I may get a taco then shield for the cat! Really exposed down there. 1F070D2C-B308-47C3-BE3E-3811D13E1C60.jpg

    That’s not really all
The way true. It’s requires some modifications. The top hat is slightly tapered. It’s requires the billet to be machined

When I install my tonneau covers, I put a bright work light in the bed, usually facing one front corner then the other. From the outside, I look for light leakage, then some black caulk solves the problem, usually 100%. There's always a spot on each corner that needs it, but the caulk can be concealed under the cover, can't even tell it's there. My only issue I haven't resolved with the 22 cover is the huge gap on each side of the tailgate.

How did you mount the device and route the wiring? Does it only work with the USB port on the dash?

Only works with the usb on the dash next to the screen. The usb in the center armrest only supplies power, and not connected to your media screen. I just plugged the supplied usb in. Mounted with some velcro next to screen.

For those of you who know suspension…is this a good buy?

I don’t know much about ProComp but like my previous 2015 Bilsteins it lifts the truck using the new hardware in front and allow full suspension travel.

So is the $2K (less the control arms) a good investment?

5 days from order to my door. That’s great service especially these days. Long list of honey do’s around here so it’ll probably be this weekend before I plug it in.

It seems like a lot of money for a very basic lift. I'll be waiting for something a little better (and probably better priced) to come out.

I've never used ProComp's stuff but they have been in the game a loooong time so I'm sure its good stuff. Especially considering there isn't much available right now. If you were wanting a better than stock setup right away I think this would be the way to go! Plus the fronts are adjustable so you could probably get 3-3.5" with adjusting the preload collars.

If I had the cash floating around I'd jump all over the kit with the UCA's.

I ordered some Rally Armor mud flaps to try out. They are the longer universal fit ones. I like the way these look on the Raptors so hopefully they compliment the new Tundra the same way. My only concern is the way the back of the rear fender liner isn't square with the body so the flap will sit crooked. I'll have to play around with this but will post pics once they show up and I get them installed. If they turn out nice I'll upgrade to the UR version.

Pro Comp just responded to my meassage about their UCA's. You can get them through 4 Wheel Parts (just the UCA's), part # is EXP57023B.

4WP owns Pro comp. I had a 6inch lift on my 2.5 gen. It was okay but it was the basic bracket lift and it used the stock struts with spacers. I eventually ended up replacing to struts to get rid of the spacers and it drove a lot better. I had their wheels too. Not bad but I purchased it that way and I’d prefer to go a bit different this time around. I may just wait for the TRD lift. Still undecided but got time.

Ya they kind of seem in the realm of Tuff Country and Rough Country. More of a low budget component company rather than a performance company like say Icon, Fox or Bilstein. Hopefully Dobinsons gets there struts and shocks out sooner rather than later! The SR5 stock shocks seem awfully bouncy, to me anyway. Would be nice to upgrade those to something more slow and stout.
